Betty, my sista, my friend and mentor for 55 years. I met Betty in 1970 when I began employment at the V.A hospital. I was hired as a Ward Clerk. Betty was also a Ward Clerk and one of my preceptors. We clicked right away and that was the beginning of a beautiful friendship Betty was part of my family and I became part of hers. I was pregnant when I started working at the VA Hospital and Betty gave me my first baby shower. I was very young and naive. I learned so much from Betty especially regarding fashion. Betty was Class Act I and she taught me to be Class Act Ii. Betty lived a beautiful life and I have so many wonderful memories. I am. honored I had the opportunity to be a part of her life as you will always be a part of mine. Rest in Power My Dear Friend. Harnitha "Nitha" Armstrong
