Saddened to just find out. It is a reminder to check in on people more often. I met Roscoe as a freshman at Penn State In 1980. over the decades, we have always reached out at least a couple times a year to say hello. It’s half way through this year and had not heard from him. Prayers for his family and friends who grieve his absence. Eternal rest to you.

I will miss talking to my cousin over the phone and laughing with him from North Carolina. There were the times he would call my late, brother Norman Ferrell, in their younger years joking over the phone. He was one of his favorite cousins. No more pain cousin, no wondering about things any more. Rest in Peace. Love you cousin.
