Marcelline Joyce Henry was born December 18, 1950, in Philadelphia Pa. to the late James Henry (Father) and Edith Barcus (Mother). Marcelline was deeply rooted in her faith and on February 18, 2025, at 9:53 PM, God decided to ease her pain and allowed her transition to be closer to Him.

Marcelline, lovingly known as Joyce or Marcie to her family and close friends, attended Philadelphia Public School and graduated from the Murrell Dobbins Area Vocational-Technical School in 1968. She went on to work and had a long career in transportation, where she retired from Amtrak.

Marcie leaves behind a sister, two sons, and a host of family and friends.
