On March 13, 2025, Charles Washington Fowler entered rest. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 23, 1947 and he was educated in the Philadelphia Public School system. Charles worked for Springfield Township in Montgomery County for 30 years as a sanitation worker. While working as a sanitation worker, he met his wife, Deborah, in the early 200's. Charles and Deborah had 25 wonderful years of marriage. Chalres inherited four step children during their 25 years of life together: Joyce Jones, Stanley Jones, Shama Spruel and Qadir Jones. Charles' hobbies included going fishing with friends on the weekends. He enjoyed watching football, baseball, basketball and crime shows. Charles enjoyed socializing and speaking with anyone he met. Charles leaves to cherish in his memory: His wife, step-children, four sisters, as host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
