  1. Joint pain and stiffness
    Inadequate hydration can lead to reduced joint lubrication and cushioning, resulting in stiffness and discomfort. Drinking plenty of water helps keep joints well-lubricated and functioning properly.
     
  2. Headaches
    Even mild dehydration can cause frequent headaches or migraines. Dehydration reduces the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain, triggering headaches. If you find yourself experiencing unexplained headaches, increasing your water intake might provide relief.
