A: After leaving the US Postal Service Dad began working as a concierge at the Skytop Lodge. He truly enjoyed meeting and greeting people and being an intricate part of their lives. Everyone who knew him adopted him into their family as he always gave 100% of himself. I never knew a time when Dad was no employed. R.I.P.

Q: What will you miss most about Arnold?
A: My Dad was a man with a gentle heart, kind spirit and an extraordinary personality. He was a spiritual man. I miss our conversations which could last for fifteen minutes to hours. I miss his laughter. I miss his warmth. I miss reading scriptures with him and American legion magazine articles. He was an avid reader and conversationalist of all topics. We talked about medicine, politics, life and even where the brown egg derives from. No topic was off limits. I miss most of all his love and care for family. He was undeniably an angel to me and without a doubt, an angel of God. Dad, I miss you so much.

I can't express how bad I'm going to miss hearing you say Heeeey Curtis, or seeing you laugh and watching your belly go up and down as you chuckle away. You mean more to me and the family then you think Grandpop. I have secretly learned so much from you, as to your history as a child and growing up, and how to become so humble. You was definitely a noble role model to look up to. I know many say this but you are and was the BEST GRANDPOP that anyone could have. We will cherish every memory we have with you and will never forget you. Love you for eternity grandpop.

Dad, you have left us from this earth, but will remain forever in our hearts. I miss our talks and laughter, and most of all your company.
