It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Richard Etienne on January 1st 2025 at the age of 60. Richard was a beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, and friend that will be missed greatly. Richard passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends and will be remembered by all for his kind nature, loving spirit, and generosity towards others.

Richard was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on October 25th 1964 to a loving family that included his Parents, Vincent Etienne and Amancie Jean Etienne and his siblings Andre Etienne, Lourdie Etienne, Yvette Etienne, Jean Marie Etienne, and the late Belony St-Louis. Richard held a degree in Administration with a concentration in Accounting . He worked for the Haitian Government in many capacities before deciding to leave Haiti and come to stay with family in Philadelphia to expand his knowledge and be close to family. Richard was taken away from his family too soon and will be remembered for his quick wit, his laugh that would light up a room, and his warmth and kindness towards family and friends.

Richard's strength carried him through this tough time and Richard will be missed by all who knew

him and loved him.
