Tonya Mae Whitt was born on March 16, 1997 to Robin D. Whitt and Ronald Richardson in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from The City School at Rittenhouse located on 315 S. 17th Street in Philadelphia. Then later attended University of Maryland Eastern Shore and ultimately transferred into the Fox School of business at Temple University.

She was adored by all of those who inter-acted with her and dearly loved by her family members She was an active member of the newly named Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church and had no problem volunteering with various organization that fed the homeless which demonstrates that she always wanted to give back to the community.

God saw fit to bring her home on May 24th, 2022. She is survived by her 2 sisters Tina Whitt and Dannetta Hillhouse, 2 brothers Arron Branch and Alexander Branch, and Jasmine Whitt who was her first cousin and her Maternal Uncle Kenneth Whitt who took her in when she was a pre-teen due to her mother's sudden passing. Numerous cousins and a host of sorrowing friends.
